triumphs in my life by sharing my story of self discovery and personal growth. I believe in the value of learning and developing self esteem. I would like to live in a world which replaces outdated concepts like competition, perfection and judgement with values like uniqueness, acceptance and fascination.

improve the quality of our lives by understanding self esteem. In
these pages, I describe what my
life was like when I knew nothing about self esteem. I explain what I had to do to
raise my self esteem and what a difference this change has made to my life. I have learnt to accept that life is an ongoing series of challenges. These challenges have enabled me to grow as a person and be better prepared for bigger challenges in the future. From my own experience, life is a lot easier and enjoyable when I have high self esteem. I now feel empowered to cope with difficult situations. With increased self-acceptance I have found the courage to express myself more openly. With greater awareness of my talents and shortcomings, I have found freedom.
